I think your dream is to be loved and have a family. Unfortunately it's something that's very hard to achieve without first loving and accepting yourself, for good and bad.

In professional terms, from my limited experience of you, I don't think you really have any specific dreams that you've expressed in a forum that I have seen/heard. You've expressed some in a generalised fashion but never been able to narrow them down to a specific plan/course of action.
